公司在8月到10月生產旺季期間進一步加強安全生產管理工作，要求各部門要切實按照部署要求，拉滿弓、繃緊弦，
要加強溝通，密切配合，
確保全面抓好安全生產管理工作。一是生產技術部會同企管部堅持每周一次，切實做好夜間查班工作；二是嚴格瀝青過磅、盤庫程序，全面做好瀝青出入庫安全工作；三是嚴格運輸車輛及駕駛員管理，確保運輸安全；四是全力做好政府部門異地安全檢查工作，保障公司規范發展。
